We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Freight, to join the MFC Freight Team. This role will include the following responsibilities:

    • Present and sell full range of MFC’s Freight products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Prepare proposals based on the customer requirements
    • Identify and resolve client concerns.
    • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department Managers.
    • Liaise with customer services team to ensure we achieve customer’s satisfaction.

     

    The Applicant should be capable of working independently and have good networking skills. 

    Essential Requirements

    • Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in UAE Freight Forwarding industry
    • Freight forwarding knowledge in Multimodal Transportation
    • Valid UAE Driving License
    • Excellent communication skills

Modern Freight Company is looking for a dynamic IT Help Desk & ERP Coordinator who can:

  • Be responsible for daily system backups.
  • Create a network User ID and Email ID.
  • Provide IT Training in ERP, MS Office & SharePoint
  • Provide ERP administrative support
  • Provide IT general administrative support
  • Provide technical support to users on IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Ensure the Functioning of MFC IT equipment with minimum downtime.
  • Ensure Anti-virus, windows updates, and patches are up to date on client Machines
  • Create Customer Master in CRM
  • Update VAT & Import Code details in CRM
  • Clear reserves in MFC ERP for certain departments
  • Provide backup support to IT Coordinator

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office with experience in Office 365 & SharePoint
  • MCSA Certification - Preferable
  • Experience in Configuration of endpoint user devices, servers, handhelds & network devices - Preferable
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Team Player
